These terms govern access to and use of yaracx.com, operated by Yara Artificial Intelligence Ltd, a DIFC entity registered under number 10593 and licence CL10593 ("Yara", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
1. What the website provides
The website contains information about Yara, its AI voice agents, demonstrations, guides, events and ways to contact the team. Website content describes possible workflows and capabilities. Features, integrations, hosting, support and service commitments available to a customer are determined by the written agreement signed with that customer. Requesting a demonstration, using the voice playground or sending an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful business and personal purposes, including reading content, sharing public links and contacting Yara. You must not access or test systems without authorisation, interfere with the website or another user's access, introduce malware, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorised to share, or use the site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity.
3. Voice playground and demonstrations
The voice playground is an illustrative demonstration. Do not provide real payment details, passwords, health information, policy numbers or other confidential information. Demonstration responses are not decisions about a real person, policy, claim, booking or account. We may limit session length or availability and may change or remove a demonstration without notice.
4. Content and intellectual property
Yara or its licensors own the website content, software, design, text, graphics, audio, video and Yara trademarks unless another owner is identified. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not by itself establish a partnership, endorsement or production integration. You may view the website and share links to public pages; other use of protected content requires a lawful permission or written approval.
5. Enquiries and submissions
When you contact Yara, provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to share. Use an agreed secure channel before sending customer records, payment details, health information, credentials or other sensitive material. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.
6. Guides and information
Guides, articles and demonstrations provide general information. They are not legal, financial, medical, insurance, security or other professional advice, and they do not replace your own review of operational or compliance requirements.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including a meeting scheduler, analytics tools and voice or media providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Yara does not control their content, availability or processing practices.
8. Availability and changes
We may update website content, add or remove features, and interrupt access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but no website content is guaranteed to be complete, current or error-free. Confirm information that matters to a purchase or deployment with the Yara team.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes a mandatory right you have. Any commitment in a separate customer agreement is governed by that agreement.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process personal data and use cookies. They do not replace a customer data processing agreement where one is required.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published. A change to these terms does not amend a separate customer agreement.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. To the extent permitted by law, the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website.
Please contact customer@yaracx.com first so we can try to resolve a question or concern.
