Yara Artificial Intelligence Ltd ("Yara", "we", "us" or "our") operates YaraCX and the website at yaracx.com. Yara is registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), registration number 10593, licence CL10593.
This policy covers the public website, contact forms, demo requests, events, careers enquiries, press enquiries and the Yara voice playground. It does not replace a customer contract or data processing agreement for a deployed Yara service.
1. The data we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, work email, telephone number, company, role and the information in your enquiry; demo, event, careers and press information; technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring page and website actions; cookie information; and information you choose to provide in the voice playground.
Please do not enter real payment details, passwords, medical information, policy numbers or other sensitive personal data into a public form or the voice playground. The playground is a demonstration and uses fictional scenarios.
2. How we use personal data
We use personal data to respond to requests, arrange demonstrations and meetings, communicate about a business relationship or application, operate and secure the website, measure communications where settings permit it, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights and prevent misuse or security incidents.
We do not use customer call audio, transcripts or identifiable customer analytics to train general models or products for other customers. Processing for a deployed customer service is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data processing agreement.
Agent Builder demonstration
When you use the Agent Builder, we read public pages from the website you submit to prepare a demonstration. We save your contact details and the generated demonstration in private Microsoft Azure storage. Live voice conversations are processed by ElevenLabs, or by Neuphonic when the fallback service is used. The generated customer records, bookings and tool actions are fictional; the demonstration does not connect to your business systems. Please do not share sensitive or real customer data during a demonstration.
The website demonstration is hosted in Azure France Central and is not a UAE-only processing service. Generated demonstrations expire after two hours; stored demonstration data is removed after seven days. Builder contact records are retained for up to 90 days in this storage, unless a subsequent business relationship requires separate retention.
3. Legal grounds
Where applicable law requires a legal ground, we rely on the ground that fits the activity. This may include responding to a request, taking steps before a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing a legitimate interest that is not overridden by your rights, or obtaining consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
4. When we share personal data
We may share data with service providers that host, secure, analyse or support the website and communications; providers used to schedule a meeting or deliver a requested service; professional advisers and auditors; regulators, courts or law enforcement where required or permitted; and a buyer or successor in a reorganisation, investment, merger or sale. We require service providers to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the DIFC or your country. Before a customer service goes live, we agree in writing where it is processed and stored, which providers are used and what transfer safeguards apply. For website enquiries, we use safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain a business record, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement or meet a legal obligation. We delete or anonymise it when the applicable retention period ends, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may ask us to confirm processing and provide access, correct inaccurate data, delete or restrict data, provide portable data where the right applies, stop processing based on a legitimate interest, stop direct marketing, explain a solely automated decision where applicable, or withdraw consent.
Contact customer@yaracx.com. We may verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse and alteration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe information sent to us has been compromised, contact us promptly.
9. Children
The website and Yara services are intended for business users. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data through the public website.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
